Documents are reviewed only to the extent necessary to perform the requested notarial act. We do not retain copies of documents unless retention is required by law, necessary to resolve a service issue, authorized by the client, or reasonably necessary for a related service.
TIPIC assignments may require temporary access to electronic or printed document packages. Depending on the assignment instructions, we may print documents, review the package for signing requirements, obtain signatures and notarizations, provide scanbacks, coordinate document return, or confirm delivery.
Documents are returned, securely deleted, or securely destroyed after the assignment is completed, except when retention is required by law, permitted by the assigning company, or reasonably necessary to document completion or resolve an issue.
RON sessions may be recorded and securely retained by the authorized platform in accordance with applicable Maryland requirements. Identity proofing and credential analysis may also be performed through approved electronic methods.
Payment processing depends on the type of service.
RON payment arrangements depend on the platform and transaction type. Where payment is processed through Proof or another authorized platform, the platform processes the transaction under its own privacy policy and terms.
In-person payments and invoices may be processed through Square. Payment-card information is handled through the applicable payment processor. NV Notary Solutions LLC does not intentionally store full credit-card or debit-card numbers.
TIPIC payment terms may be established through the assigning company, work order, assignment confirmation, or invoice.

Temporary TIPIC document packages are returned, securely deleted, or securely destroyed after completion of the assignment unless retention is required, authorized, or reasonably necessary.
