NV Notary Solutions LLC is a Maryland-based provider of mobile, electronic, and remote notarization services, as well as I-9 verification, document witnessing, field inspections, courier/document drop-offs, printing, and supporting administrative services. All services are performed in compliance with:

Industry-standard security and ethical guidelines
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services through our website, booking tools, or payment systems, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms, the published Fee Schedule, and any related policies referenced herein.
Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Non-notarial fees for convenience and availability:
After-Hours Fee: $35 (9 PM – 6 AM)
Same-Day / Rush Fee: $40 (appointments scheduled same day)
Emergency Appointment: $60 (2-3 hours notice outside standard hours)
Travel fees apply to mobile appointments based on the IRS standard mileage rate (currently $0.70/mile) calculated round-trip from ZIP code 21230, plus a flat $5 travel fee. Mileage will be confirmed in advance of appointment scheduling.

Client must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID.
Signers must appear in person (in remote sessions, through approved platforms) and demonstrate understanding and willingness.
Service will be refused if fraud, coercion, incapacity, or lack of proper identification is observed.
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment. NV Notary Solutions LLC does not charge your card at the time of booking. Instead, the payment method is securely stored through Square and used for billing after services are completed.
Your card will only be billed after the appointment, once all service fees have been confirmed. Final charges may include:
Maryland notarial fees:
In-person: $8 per notarization and $4 per additional copy signature
RON notarizations are billed through Proof at $30 per notarization and not through Square
Travel fees: IRS mileage rate + $5 base fee calculated from ZIP Code 21230
Add-ons and ancillary services: printing, scan-back, courier, witness services, after-hours, priority/rush, or other optional services requested by the client
All Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointments are processed exclusively through the Proof platform. Payment is collected within the platform at the time of the session. NV Notary Solutions LLC does not process RON payments through Square.
Square may place a temporary authorization hold on the provided payment method solely to validate that the card is active and capable of being billed. Authorization holds are not charges and will automatically release according to the card issuer’s policies.
All payments are processed through Square’s PCI-compliant platform. NV Notary Solutions LLC does not store, handle, or have access to full card numbers or sensitive payment data at any time.
Digital receipts are automatically issued via Square (for in-person/IPEN services) or through the Proof platform (for RON services). Itemized receipts will include notarial fees, travel fees, and any add-on services.
24+ hours notice: No charge.
Within 24 hours: May incur a late cancellation fee (typically equal to the minimum service or travel fee).
After-hours appointments (9 PM–6 AM): Must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance, or the $35 after-hours fee may apply.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
A client is considered a no-show if they fail to attend the appointment or respond to contact attempts.
A late arrival of 15+ minutes without notice may result in cancellation and charging of the applicable minimum fee.
Clients who present invalid ID, incomplete documents, or unsafe locations may be charged for applicable travel or time already spent.
Our notaries and agents cannot:
Provide legal advice or select documents
Explain legal terms or implications
Review document content for accuracy
Guarantee third-party acceptance
Proceed with incomplete or improperly prepared documents
We collect client data solely for business operations, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. RON sessions are recorded and stored per state law through NotaryLive. We do not sell or share client data. Secure email and encrypted systems are used wherever reasonable.
NV Notary Solutions LLC conducts property, insurance, mortgage, commercial, and compliance inspections for third parties. These are non-notarial services and do not include legal review. All reports are delivered securely and electronically.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
Fraud or coercion is suspected
Document or location is unsafe
Legal requirements cannot be met
Requested action violates law or policy
Clients may still be charged for time and travel expended.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Not responsible for:
Document rejections
Technical delays
Third-party processing
Client-side errors or omissions
Fees are non-refundable once a notarization or service has begun. At our discretion, prepaid fees canceled with adequate notice may be credited or refunded. Travel and tech fees are non-refundable once incurred.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version supersedes all prior versions and is always available on our website.
